Napa Valley produces many excellent Sauvignon Blanc wines

The Shannon Ridge Sauvignon Blanc at about $16 gives you jasmine, fennel, and orange blossoms. The Cakebread Cellars Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc has many citrus flavors as well as minerals and melon. It's quite zesty. produces a great Sauvignon Blanc in a somewhat higher price range.
