Sea Bass calls for the right wine pairing.
Sea Bass is a relatively small fish, a single fish may serve one eater. This fish has become very popular in the last few years. It is farmed as well as caught wild. Of all the fish reviewed here, I like sea bass the least. I don't care for it at all. But many, many people do. It can be prepared in a multitude of ways; one web site offers 115 recipes.
In addition to the wines mentioned in our food pairing table you might consider a Riesling, a Sauvignon Blanc, or even Champagne (not me baby, I wouldn't waste a Champagne on a Sea Bass).
