Camembert Cheese calls for the right wine pairing.
Camembert is a soft, creamy French cheese. It is made from unpasteurized cow's milk, and ripened by Penicillium fungi for at least three weeks. As it ages it becomes softer and more strongly flavored. While you may cook with it, Camembert is often enjoyed with bread. It is exported in characteristic small, wooden boxes.
In addition to the wines mentioned in our food pairing table you might consider a Chardonnay, a Pinot Noir, or an Italian Gattinara.
