From Frascati To Frascati
This F list is as short as it gets, only one wine, an undistinguished Italian white wine, Frascati. Actually you may want to try Franciacorta, an Italian wine that's made like, tastes like, and costs like French Champagne. Presumably you can go with the same food pairings as Champagne. The last time I tasted Franciacorta (a rosé) I was quite disappointed.
